I came to this restaurant with my mom after a long day of community service at school. I was super hungry and needed something to eat immediately. So we went here and ordered lots of food and I just couldn't wait to get home so I could try it. Let me tell you, when I tried it I was shocked. The food was absolutely delicious especially after running on nothing but caffeine all day. The service was quick, the cashier was very kind and respectful, and the restaurant was neat. Next time I'll definitely make sure to dine-in because ooh lord this is one of the best Thai cuisine's I've been to. I definitely recommend.

I was very surprised to find this quaint little place while on the road. I was hungry and I wanted something light and tasty. I did a quick search on Yelp while sitting in gridlock and Red Orchid Thai Cuisine popped up first. I took a quick detour and found the corner restaurant in a small strip mall. Once inside I was able to choose my own seat. I was warmly greeted and quickly addressed by the wait staff to see what I wanted to drink. I decided to order the spring rolls for my appetizer and the pineapple fried rice with tofu. It took about five minutes for my rolls to come out. There were three golden brown piping hot rolls that arrived with a nice sauce. The rolls were crispy yet tender. There were plenty of cabbage and carrots and it was delicious. A few minutes later the pineapple fried rice arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by the complexity of flavors that this freshly cooked pineapple in this rice was not over sweet, but that it provided a punch of flavor that well complemented and balanced on the plate. I found this small restaurant very clean and tidy. I would recommend eating here.
I was in the area after taking my car for service and figured I'd try Red Orchid. The place was kind of dark, but nice and clean. The servers greeted me as soon as I walked in. The server at the register was sweet and answered all of my questions with it being my first time there. We ordered the Pad See U with Shrimp, Drunken Noodles with Beef, and the Thai Fried Rice with Vegetables on the lunch menu. The server gave me two sauces. One was super spicy and the other was a mixture of sour and spicy. The food was plentiful and well made. I couldn't try the rolls since I can't have gluten, but they looked good. The restaurant isn't close to me, but we will definitely grab food from here again.
The food at this place - AMAZING!! I recently moved to the area and was looking to replace a Thai restaurant that I frequented for over 5 years!! This restaurant- just Wow! They definitely blew my mind. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the service was greater! I had the Drunken noodles with tofu and the coconut soup with tofu- chefs kiss!! My husband had the drunken noodle with chicken and the wonton soup- he was blown away!! From the frequency of to go orders and the number of people eating in the restaurant- this place is a must try!
Just WOW. My family was craving Thai and found this location close to us. We weren't expecting much but were hopeful. Hunny when I say this place BLEW US AWAYYYYYY!!!!! WOWOWOW! The FLAVORS here are amazing. This is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to in a LONG TIME. And to top it off, EVERYONE loved their food. Even my picky auntie voiced her approval of this restaurant (which she never does). I ended up coming again by myself and again the service and food was awesome! The restaurant itself is not very fancy to look at, but the FOOD is what matters and for that they get 5 STARS from me! Can't wait to go back!
Absolutely delicious! We are passing thru Georgia and checked Yelp and this place was definitely the #1 choice. We ordered a variety of food and everything is amazing. We ordered chicken pad Thai, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup, Mongolian beef and chicken with broccoli. The spring rolls are perfect! I recommend this place to EVERYONE. The service is amazing, top notch. Very attentive, kind and explained questions we had about the menu. If you are in McDonough area you have to stop!!! My favorite Thai restaurant in area and will make sure to come back when in town.
Amazing food and service and the phad Thai was outstanding..we also got Thai tea and the crab angels with Thai fried rice..wasn't super busy and we got our food quickly ..10 out of 10 would recommend
L My favorite Thai spot in the Mcdonough area! I love their thom kha soup with the mushrooms in it! They also always perfect the spice level I ask for! It's just a hole in the wall nothing fancy but who cares the food is amazing! Service is great! Red curry and Mongolian beef are two of my favorites! Sorry I'll try to remember to take more picture but I'm usually too busy scarfing the food down!
EXCUSE MEE... Goodness gracious me. Not sure if it was the 15 hour flight day from a surprise vacay the hubby took me on or WAT , but this place hit the spot Hubby loved it as well , hopefully he will take me on another surprise trip just to comeback to this delishi dinner I have not , & would not steer y'all wrong. - What a treat & break from the torture of atl traffic
